5. Style Up Now Challenge Rules

  • 5.1 Eligibility: Users 18+ only, excluding employees and family.
  • 5.2 Entry Period: Only entries within the specified period are valid.
  • 5.3 How to Enter: Follow challenge instructions and submit via Platform.
  • 5.4 Entry Requirements: Original, non-infringing, non-obscene content only.
  • 5.5 Judging: Panel or public voting; decisions final.
  • 5.6 Prizes: Non-transferable; alternative methods if restrictions apply.
  • 5.7 Winner Notification: Within 7 business days via contact info.
  • 5.8 Publicity: Winners allow StyleUpNow to use names and entries for promotion.

6. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain third-party links. StyleUpNow is not responsible for third-party content or damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations. Access ceases immediately upon termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

StyleUpNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Maximum liability limited to amount paid or $100.
