1. What is the Legacy Pass?

The StyleUpNow Legacy Pass is a paid participation token that allows registered users to enter exclusive Legacy Tier Challenges and access premium community features.

By purchasing the Legacy Pass for $2.50 USD, you are not buying a physical product, but rather gaining entry and participation rights into specific competitions.

2. How It Works

  1. Purchase: Users pay a one-time fee of $2.50 USD (or local equivalent) to activate the Legacy Pass for a specific challenge cycle.
  2. Entry: Pass holders gain the right to submit their look or style into exclusive Legacy Challenges that have higher-value prize pools.
  3. Participation: In the challenges, only Legacy Pass holders may be eligible to participate to win.
  4. Recognition: Pass holders may receive a special Legacy Badge on their profile for the duration of the challenge.

3. Why Is There a Fee?

The $2.50 fee helps us:

  • Guarantee Prize Pools: The collective fees contribute directly to the cash prizes, support women empowerment, child dream support and rewards offered in Legacy Challenges.
  • Reduce Spam: Ensuring participants have skin in the game reduces fake or low-effort entries.
  • Enhance Community: It helps us identify our most dedicated fashion enthusiasts.

4. Payment and Billing

  • One-Time Payment: Unless stated otherwise, the Legacy Pass is a one-time purchase for a single challenge. It is not a recurring subscription.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank or payment provider may apply foreign transaction fees.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods.

5. Refund Policy for Legacy Pass

Due to the digital nature of the Legacy Pass, all sales are final.

We generally do not offer refunds for entry fees. However, if a challenge is canceled by StyleUpNow before the submission deadline, we may offer a refund or credit the fee to a future challenge.

Note: If you submit an entry that violates our Challenge Rules (for example inappropriate content) and is disqualified, the entry fee is non-refundable.

6. What You Get (Benefits)

By purchasing the StyleUpNow Legacy Pass for $2.50, participants gain access to:

7. Limitation of Liability

StyleUpNow guarantees your entry into the challenge for which the fee was paid. However, we cannot guarantee that you will win a prize.

The purchase of a Legacy Pass does not constitute an employment or partnership agreement.
