What is StyleUpNow?
StyleUpNow is an online beauty challenge and community platform. We host regular StyleUpNow (SUN) Challenges where users can showcase their fashion creativity for a chance to win prizes.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
Since registration is free, you can register and browse our website to shop without an account. However, you will need to create an account or check out as a guest. Creating a legacy pass account allows you to participate in our Challenges.
How do I create an account?
You can sign up by clicking the Legacy Pass Account on our website or app. You can register for free using your email address or by connecting via social media accounts like Facebook or Google.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login screen, click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team directly by Inserting your Email Address with the subject line Request Account Deletion. Please note that this may not remove data we are required to keep for legal or legitimate business purposes like past transaction records.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including Standard and Express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items, your location, and the shipping method you select. You will see the final cost before you complete your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most countries within the European Union etc. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
My order arrived damaged or missing an item. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s) or packaging, and we will make it right.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your StyleUpNow purchase If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, log in to your account and navigate to your Orders. Click on the Return Items button next to the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions. You will receive a return confirmation email with further steps.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5-7 business days, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Are there any items that are non-refundable?
Yes, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, bodysuits, or swimwear unless they are defective. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
What are the "Style Up Now Challenges"?
These are fun, themed contests we run regularly on the Platform. We challenge our community to create unique Hair Style, nail polish and makeup for summer Vibes or 90s Rewind. Users submit photos for a chance to win prizes and be featured on our social media channels.
How do I enter a Challenge?
To enter:
1. Ensure you have created a Legacy Pass account on our StyleUpNow website or App.
2. Visit our Challenges page or app section.
3. Read the specific rules and theme for the active Challenge.
4. Submit your video and photo entry via the designated form on the Platform or by posting on social media with the specific Challenge hashtag #StyleUpNowChallenge if instructed.
Who can participate in Challenges?

What do I win?
Prizes vary per Challenge and are listed in the specific Challenge announcement. Prizes may include StyleUpNow gift cards, free merchandise, or feature spots on our website and social media.

We are constantly working to improve the app. Please try the following:

· Restart the application or your device.
· Check your internet connection.

I'm having trouble uploading a photo for a Challenge.
